We make getting a permit easy.
Step 1. get a quote & consultation
We can get you a quote with a few key pieces of information. All we need is your project address, a short description of the project plan, and an estimate of the project square footage.
Step 2. we'll come measure
We'll come out to your location to take measurements, photos, and sometimes videos of the space we're working with, inside the home as well outside.
Step 3: existing floor & Site plans
Typically within 1-2 weeks of measuring your space, we'll put together floor plans and a site plan of your existing spaces.
step 4: designing
We'll come up with designs that explore ways the space can be reconfigured or designed to meet your unique project needs.
Step 5: construction drawings
Once we've locked in a design, our team will begin putting together all the documentation your project needs to submit for permitting.
step 6: getting the permit
We'll submit your project to the city and work closely with city officials to get your project permitted and approved to begin construction!
